Who am I?
Hi, I am Anisha Mehta.
I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade now and my experience has been nothing but beautiful and exceptional. Like many of us I have faced some challenges in my life but I can definitely say yoga has helped me overcome all of it with a smile on my face and has imparted within me a sense of serenity and purity. Yoga helps us to become better human beings. It's a journey for transistioning towards a better you. As we know, yoga is something which not only works on a physical level but also on a psychological, mental and spiritual level.
I always tell my students Yoga works mysteriously with our bodies and minds and it definitely makes a difference in your day to day lives. My intention is for people to make yoga a part of their routines and eventually their lives so that they can also experience its wonders like I have.
